Emails not being sent via website
Between 1st August and 20th August, our mail transaction provider incorrectly suspended the Tewkesbury Scouts account. This resulted in the following functions not being able to send emails:
- Activity Notifications
- Joining
- Contact
It was identified that our account was incorrectly identified by their safety system. The suspension was lifted and notifications are now sending as expected.

Check Your Inbox
We’ve found your existing subscription and have emailed you a secure link to manage your preferences.
Subscribe to Status Updates
We’ll use your email to save your preferences so you can update them later.
